Over the last 30 years, our ministry has been financed primarily through the support of individuals, businesses and churches. This “partner support team” model for ministry is based upon Biblical principles:
“…He (Jesus) began going about from one city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the kingdom of God; and the twelve were with Him,…and many others who were contributing to their support out of their private means.” Luke 8:1-3
We have experienced God’s provision (through His people) over the years, often at just the “right time.” We believe, in the words of John the Baptist, “…A man can receive nothing unless it has been given him from heaven.” John 3:27 Furthermore, in the words of the late Chuck Colson, former Christian leader, author, and founder of Prison Fellowship Ministries, we “…believe that money follows ministry. As we do the work of building the kingdom — proclaiming the Good News and discipling the new believers — God will provide through His people.”
So, we are trusting God to provide prayer and financial partners who believe in the “campus mission” to assist us on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Some suggested monthly amounts are $30, $60, $100, $200 or $500. Support can be given on-line or in the form of a check made payable to FORERUNNERS FOR CHRIST, P.O. Box 1888 Lawrenceville, GA. 30046. Forerunners For Christ, Inc. is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization. Thus, partner contributions are tax-deductible and annual tax receipts will be mailed out during January of every calendar year.
